Reporting Issues

For Bug Reports:

  • Clear description of what happened vs. what you expected
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots if relevant
  • Device model and OS version (iOS or Android)

For Calculation Questions (Dalton):

  • The gas mix and depth you’re working with
  • The result you expected vs. what Dalton displayed
  • Reference source you’re comparing against (e.g., PADI tables, Shearwater manual)

For Import or Logbook Issues (Slate):

  • Your dive computer brand and model
  • Whether you imported via BLE or UDDF file
  • Number of dives affected
  • Screenshots of any error messages
